Mind and thoughts are very powerful, and Vedas have given them the utmost importance.

The mind is where all thoughts start, and these thoughts then follow through on actions, good or bad.  Thoughts reside in the mind and become a memory in the future.  Therefore, it is crucial to have the thoughts one wants to remember in the future, meaning one may not want to have negative thoughts since they will be memories forever in the mind.  These thoughts then may cause anxiety later.  So, how does one work through these thoughts in one’s mind to live an anxiety-free life?

Next Monday, Motivation will have the details, a step-by-step approach to preventing and treating anxiety, and living a life of peacefulness and joy. In the meantime, pay attention to your thoughts and attempt to change the negative thoughts to the positive ones.
