In our journey to Authenticity, we have discussed being open and accepting of yourself and increasing that self-esteem as well as self-confidence. This is just the start of your journey to become authentic. The next step in this journey is to be proud of yourself for starting on this journey. This is not the time to judge yourself or focus on your weakness but to be proud of yourself for accepting your weaknesses as well as your strengths and not judging in any way or form. Taking a breather to feel that positive energy of starting on this journey and accepting your true nature at this point in your life. You are who you are because of your “Prarabhda”, meaning your karmas from the past but that does not mean that you can’t change. Change takes hard work, but it is very possible to do. Next week I will focus on change and how it can be accomplished. For right now be proud of yourself for starting on this journey to be authentic,
- Be open to your current Self and accept who you are without judgment.
- Be proud of yourself for starting on this journey of becoming more authentic.
